Random
Here Chantal and I are at my younger brothers wedding. We were not going to come down to Boise, but we are glad we did. It was nice to take a break from moscow for a little while. Plus it was the first time my whole family has been together in YEARS!
And above is a giant pizza that we ate. not us alone, because that would be crazy! See...giant pizzas and up close pictures...how much better could life really get?
Boo with doctors
So now I, Trevor, have gone to a plain doctor who said he had no idea what was wrong with me..and a dermatologist who doesn't know what's wrong with me...and now they want me to see a neurologist and get a $3,000 dollar MRI which in my imagination will say "I don't know what's wrong with you". It's all good though. It could always be worse. I mean I could have been trampled by a pack of wild horses or attacked by vicious monkeys!! I could go into more detail, but I don't want to scare people away from our blog. We shall see...we shall see.

HULA HULA
So...life has been great. I am sure if Chantal was the one who wrote this post she would suggest the title to be "The Day I Made A Huge Dramatic Move and Cut Off My Hair". But I like to build suspense...even though you can probably already see what has happened. We both quite like it. She was dying of heat when she took the pictures though so we will take some better ones as soon as it cools off a little. Plus the video might be sideways. If it is we will take another one of those also.

Ultimate fighting championships
I am going to try and be better at posting on this thing. Chantal and I keep saying that we will do it more often, but have not yet done so well. Here is what's new in life. I was on a mens softball team about a week ago. We were placed number two in our division, but the tournament came up and we found out we were playing in the tournament a division higher than us. We went in and lost our first game to the number one seed. So instead of playing 3 games and then a championship we had to play 5 or 6 games in two days. We knocked off everyone from our league and then started on the upper division teams. In two days we knocked off the second best and third best team in the upper division. We were in the championships and were up by five points in the last inning. Unfortunately their big hitter came up and hit a home run with a few on base. I sadly was not able to play the second half of our game as in the 4th inning I jumped for a ball and when I came down my leg landed in a hole. I popped my ankle out of place and have had it in a brace ever since. Not a bad brace...but nonetheless...not too fun! I did bat an average of over .900 on the year. That means more than nine out of ten times I got on base.
In other news around the world. Chantal and I bought a wii system. It is pretty well fabulous. It tells us we are in good shape and have great balance. I am glad that the little creepy voice from the game tells me that or I would never truly know! I'll put some wii videos on soon. Chantal doing the hula hoop is hilarious.

Life in General
Here is another picture that we took. It is not that impressive. It is just our cool television. This week has been basically boring as we are preparing for finals and oh so ready for the summer. I did get my arms pinned under a five hundred pound copy machine when we were lifting it onto a truck and pulled a bunch of tendons in my right arm. It swelled up and changed colors, but it is getting back to normal.
What else....I am writing a book right now. It's kind of fun, but a little crazy knowing how to word everything you want, but I came across a quote that I really like. President Hinckley quoted it, but I don't believe he was the first to say it. It says "Anyone who imagines that bliss is normal is going to waste a lot of time running around and shouting that he has been robbed. The fact of the matter is that most putts don't drop, most beef is tough, most children grow up to be just people, most successful marriages require a high degree of mutual toleration, most jobs are more often dull than otherwise. Life is like an old time rail journey...delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride."
Life is whatever you make of it. That's a lot about what my book is about. Who knows if I will ever publish it or anything but it's fun to just kick back and write page after page of things you think about.

we might as well give it a try
We figured we would give this whole blog thing a shot as we live millions of miles away from true civilization right now. Life has been quite amazing to us lately as we went on vacation to San Diego and are almost done with school for the semester. Here are a few pictures of San Diego and as I get smarter I hope I'll be able to add more.
